We offer the widest variety of Group Fitness classes at Melbourne’s best gyms. Catering to all Fitness and Health goals, personal need and preference. We offer wellness & recovery programs – such as Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Infrared hot & more traditional Yoga, Meditation, Feldenkrais classes; high energy group fitness programs – including HIIT, bodyweight training, Boxing, PT run, small groups, pre choreographed programs like ‘Les Mills’ & fun dance programs like ‘Zumba’; Cycle classes – including free-style spin, RPM and virtual classes, plus Aqua Classes & Altitude. ALTITUDE TRAINING

ALTITUDE88 Training sessions are available at our St Kilda club and is designed to promote weight loss, aerobic condition, agility, muscle development and tone. In addition, other benefits include flexibility, core strength, relaxation and stress management. Training at altitude delivers a never experienced before new dimension to the sessions, providing you with the ability to achieve new heights and goals.

ACTIVE ADULTS

Incorporating mobility, strength, flexibility, cardio, all mixed in with a good dose of fun and community spirit–Active Adults is aimed at our more mature members to improve daily function. Incorporating 3 Phases–Mobility/Balance/Coordination, Strength/Flexibility and Cardio. Come along and enjoy the fun!

AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua aerobic classes are designed to cater for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a great cardiovascular and muscle toning class without the impact on your joints. You will improve your core strength whilst strengthening all major muscle groups.

BODYCOMBAT®

Moves and stances developed from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and tai kwon do. You’re fighting for your life, the fitness you deserve and the total body wellness you must have.

BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories.

BOXING

High intensity training with easy to follow combinations make this workout draw the crowd! A fun and fast paced class that will surely get your heart pumping. High energy output and high cardio workout. Punch and kick free-standing punch bags, to let your days stress disappear.

BOOTCAMP 45

No drill sergeants here, just an intense circuit that will burn your upper body and lower body to the bone. Battle ropes and tyres for maximum effect!

BURN

South Pacific’s HIIT program BURN, provides a fully diverse range of structured, functional, instructor driven classes to challenge the enthusiastic beginner to professional athlete. BURN 88 (Altitude Training)

BURN Cardio

Burn Cardio is a class that focuses on improving your Aerobic and Anaerobic ability. It's a constant fast pace moving class with a fun vibe! Members can expect to burn 550-700 calories.

BURN Hybrid

The combination of Burn Strength and Burn Cardio for those that are time poor and want it all in one! A class that incinerates calories while building strength. To take your fitness to a new level try this class at St Kilda under Altitude Training.

BURN Strength

Burn Strength is a class that focuses on compound movements utilising functional exercises. It's fun, dynamic, and fast paced. Members will be able to burn 500-600 calories.

CARDIO COMBO

A 45 min Cardiovascular conditioning class combined with strength training. The best way to burn calories while maintaining lean body mass. You can achieve your fitness goals by boosting metabolism and improving the health of your heart and lungs.

CRUZ 88

An outdoor spin simulation brought indoors away from the elements. Experience the challenge of our Altitude system as you ride your way in a fun, motivating class that allows you to be in control of your workout. Suitable for all levels. Altitude reaches up to 3200m and great for burning extra calories.

CYCLE HIIT

Get ready for the perfect ride combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and in 30 minutes you will start to get results. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved metabolism. The different short recovery, one to one or full recovery; flat out intensity or a fixed percentage ofpermutations are endless: 15 second intervals through to 5 minute intervals; max. effort.

HOT POWER YOGA

A dynamic open class that links breath with postures and movement such as balancing, inversions, backbends and a floor series. The class is practised in a 36 degrees celsius room. This class increases strength, flexibility and focus whilst clearing the body of toxins, leaving you feeling calm and centred.

MYND STEP

MYND Step is a fun pre choreographed Step Aerobic class designed to tone and shape your thighs & butt. Expect a mix of upbeat rhythmic stepping on a bench with squats & lunge patterns to send your fat burning system into high gear.

OMNIA™ POWER CIRCUIT

Utilising the latest and greatest in functional training equipment, the OMNIA™ apparatus provides a perfect introduction into the world of functional training. Innovative and challenging movements on set circuit stations around the OMNIA™ provide a challenging workout, which is both enjoyable and rewarding.

REFORMER PILATES – Cardio

A dynamic style class that will surely get your heart rate up & your body moving in every direction with both bodyweight & load-based exercises on and off the reformer beds.

RPM®

RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories and gets you fit. Based on the sport of cycle racing, RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity–it’s literally easier than riding a bike for 45 minutes.

Small Group Training

A structured strength or HIIT training program with a Personal Trainer delivering every session to make sure that YOU get the best results. Suitable for anybody, beginner to advanced.

Southpaw/88

Punch your way to an awesome calorie burn in this fun and energetic boxing class with a difference! Each participant has their own boxing bag and works to their own limits. If you see an 88 on the class, this will be with in Altitude so expect 25% more calorie BURN!

SPIN

THE TRIP

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

VIRTUAL CYCLE

A highly immersive cycling experience. Join your virtual instructor as you cycle some of the very best mountain ranges and city streets.

WARRIOR WORKOUT

This class will challenge and change you by focusing on full body strength and endurance, in a circuit environment. This class requires total body integrated strength, mobility, skill and due to the ballistic nature of some of the movements– will leave you gasping for air.

ZUMBA

The Zumba program–Makes fitness fun with Latin dance rhythms and a blend of classic songs, easy-to-follow moves will create a fun experience.
