Powercore will challenge and develop your core in ways you never thought possible. Integrating functional full body movement patterns in a circuit environment, this will take your core to a whole new level. Utilising Kettlebells, TRX, powerbands, aqua bags amongst others, Powercore will engage those abs and improve your posture!

POWER CIRCUIT

More than the boring circuit class you may know. We incorporate power ropes, slosh balls, weights and more to bring you a more dynamic high intensity workout. This is a tough session designed for those looking for a challenge. This class is strongly recommended for both men and women and all levels of fitness.

SANDBELLS CIRCUIT & HIIT

You will have fun in these 30 to 45 minute classes by throwing, catching, lifting, slamming and dragging sandbells to increase your heart rate, build strength and burn major calories.

SPARTAN STRENGTH

Not for the faint hearted, this class will challenge and push you to the absolute limit. Using functional strength training, a full on, full body strength and endurance workout.

TABATA

Tabata training is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that follows the format: 20 seconds of high intensity rounds, followed by 10 seconds rest. This 30 -minute class will have you gasping for air, getting you fitter faster.

TRX

"Developed by the US Navy Seals, TRX Suspension training is here. A 30 minute strengthening session uses your own body weight to achieve; muscle tone, improved core strength and increased muscle definition in this quick session. TRX 30 incorporates strength training for entire upper body, lower body and core. The class is strongly advisable for both men and women with at least a medium level of fitness."

WARRIOR WORKOUT

This class will challenge and change you by focusing on full body strength and endurance, in a circuit environment. This class requires total body integrated strength, mobility, skill and due to the ballistic nature of some of the movements– will leave you gasping for air.
