PORT MELBOURNE CLUB

Established in 2012, it brings the wow factor with breathtaking views of the Bay over 3 levels. Set in a historic 1872 beautiful & iconic bluestone building with high ceilings. You will be inspired and motivated by the setting and be swept up with each sunset. Our Port Melbourne Gym is opened 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

  • Stylish strength & stretching area designed for pre and post conditioning workouts

GROUP EXERCISE

This modern 24 hour club boasts a large selection of class styles where functional training and innovation is the key.

The timetable incorporates some of the fitness industries most modern concepts, including Group HIIT classes using ViPRs,TRX & Kettle Bells. The classes run Innovative Circuits and Kick Boxing/Boxing which is a favourite class for everyone all year round.

Our Port Melbourne club brings a new and exciting energy in freestyle cycling featuring strong freestyle trainers teaching from a suspended cycle room on the third level of the complex, with views of the bay and Melbourne city skyline.

We haven’t forgotten your old favourites, as Les Mills classes are amongst the class selection along with our popular demand for Wellness Programs including Reformer/Mat Pilates and Yoga.

PORT MELBOURNE EASTER & ANZAC DAY TIMETABLE

Please note: We will be running a modified timetable over the Easter and Anzac Day Period. Normal classes will operate on Tuesday 23rd April and Wednesday 24th April. Normal hours and classes will resume from Friday 26th April.

He aims to get people motivated to push themselves towards growth in their own health and fitness, and find enjoyment in exercise. Jacob’s goal is to help his clients achieve their own health goals and set new ones through sessions that challenge you, whilst having fun.

Jacob has a background in high performance training, working with athletes across a range of different sporting codes and fitness levels. He can train you towards your sports specific fitness needs or to simply feel healthier and enjoy exercise.

Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science

    Chris has a background in Clinical Pilates involving postural analysis and injury rehabilitation, and can assist you whether you want to compete in a triathlon or be able to play in the park with your kids.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Diploma in Clinical Pilates

    Neurokinetic Therapy level 1

    TRX Suspension Training Instructor

    Advanced Boxing Level 3
