PORT MELBOURNE CLUB

Established in 2012, it brings the wow factor with breathtaking views of the Bay over 3 levels. Set in a historic 1872 beautiful & iconic bluestone building with high ceilings. You will be inspired and motivated by the setting and be swept up with each sunset. Our Port Melbourne Gym is opened 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

GROUP EXERCISE

This modern 24 hour club boasts a large selection of class styles where functional training and innovation is the key.

The timetable incorporates some of the fitness industries most modern concepts, including Group HIIT classes using ViPRs,TRX & Kettle Bells. The classes run Innovative Circuits and Kick Boxing/Boxing which is a favourite class for everyone all year round.

Our Port Melbourne club brings a new and exciting energy in freestyle cycling featuring strong freestyle trainers teaching from a suspended cycle room on the third level of the complex, with views of the bay and Melbourne city skyline.

We haven’t forgotten your old favourites, as Les Mills classes are amongst the class selection along with our popular demand for Wellness Programs including Reformer/Mat Pilates and Yoga.

Nuria’s passion for fitness began from her love of team sports, particularly Soccer. After finishing her sports and exercise science degree she took part in a strength and rehabilitation internship with Chelsea Ladies Football Club in London. Her passion for fitness has seen her work as a Personal Trainer in Barcelona, London, Dublin and now Melbourne!

Her philosophy on health and fitness is about achieving a balanced lifestyle with sustainable exercise and nutrition habits to achieve optimal results! Her core belief is that if people remain active it can really help with both physical and mental health. He has had a passion for fitness since he was 10 years old and has had significant personal achievements in the sporting world. In 2006 Matt won a scholarship to New Zealand to play national basketball and in 2011 took part in another scholarship program for ESS performance. Here he was also selected to take part in the Athlete Development Program. He was chosen to play for the  State Championship for Tigers Men’s basketball team and has completed an internship at GW performance assisting elite athletes with their training and programming.

Matt tailors his sessions based on each individuals desired results and focus’ on assessing each individual closely as he truly understands that everyone is different and what works for one person will not always work for another!
