SEA BATHS

At the St Kilda Sea Baths you can experience the pleasure of bathing in water that has been derived directly from the sea and heated to a soothing temperature.

Take a relaxing swim, participate in a water aerobics class, de-stress in the steam room or float in the hydrotherapy spa. The St Kilda Sea Baths has something to offer everyone.

His focus is strength based, and has valuable knowledge in the Powerlifting aspect of fitness. While strength is important, Alex believes in being equally strong and functional, so he also focuses on balancing and mobility training, primarily with barbells and dumbbells.

Alex believes in an 80:20 approach towards diets – 80% strict, 20% leniency. Balancing a healthy diet with the occasional cravings will bring a sustainable, enjoyable eating lifestyle.
