With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Justin will always strive to see how he can help change lives for the better and stick to a healthy routine that will be ongoing for the individual.

From advanced programming and progress tracking to even just the fundamental basics, Justin can address a large array of fitness obstacles and will work with his clients to help make a lifestyle change that will improve their overall outlook of exercise and improve their physical performance.

    Dinesh Sivakumar
    Mentone

    Dinesh grew up playing a multitude of sports, dancing and participating in martial arts his whole life, and has coached in all three over the past six years. After a major knee injury while running a marathon and suffering with some back problems, Dinesh understood the importance of Strength and Conditioning for injury prevention and rehab, and is working towards promoting Physical activity and resistance training to the everyday individual.

    Dinesh’s programs are suited specifically to the individual’s needs, and he loves to make personalised programs depending on your likes/dislikes, injuries, conditions and abilities, and always ensures you’re improving on your strength and mobility. He loves to learn, and will research and try to completely understand any new sport, martial art, dance form or condition in order to create optimal movement patterns in the program.

    He is also a firm believer that everyone has the ability and the opportunity to have a base level of strength and will work with you to achieve it and build confidence.

    Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science
    Boxing and Athletics Coaching Level 1

      I am a La Trobe graduate of the bachelors in sport and exercise science degree looking at extending my studies into physiotherapy or exercise physiology. I have a passion for health and fitness as I grew up playing netball and have delivered programs and drills for soccer teams. I have worked with a variety of clients in different environments including older adults, a special development school and sub-elite to elite athletes in a high-performance setting. These experiences have taught me the benefits of exercise and how importantly it impacts living life to the fullest.

      I inspire to help individuals achieve their optimal health and goals through exercise. The knowledge gained from bachelors will enable me to tailor unique exercise programs to each individual with regards to achieving their goals.

      We cannot rely on motivation to be able to achieve our goals. We need to be consistent and acknowledge our progress, then we will be on our way to being the best version of ourselves.
