Hands down best gym in bayside! Been a member of pretty much all the gyms in the area, however this one ticks all the boxes! The staff are amazing, gym is great (techno gym & hammer strength equipment) & the PTs are all of really high calibre and super helpful. Great place!!! Highly recommend!

Been a member of a number of gyms over the years and this is by far the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful and create a real community. The class facilities are outstanding particularly Reformer Pilates where the trainers, especially Nariman, are exceptional. The spin studio provides great flexibility through the challenging scheduled classes with Amanda & Tracy or the Virtual Cycle at any other time during the 24 hour opening. Together with the many other classes, versatile opening and a wide range of equipment, this all adds up to a great gym which I would highly recommend

Half of the lockers are still broken and I'm still not sure the floors in the showers get cleaned often. They are always muddy. Staff are honestly the nicest though and they have a good range of equipment just wish they would fix things quicker when they break.

Great gym but parking sucks at st kilda. the discount parking tix you get from the reception never works and you end up paying up to $12 or $16 for just over 2hrs 🙁

Amazing staffs! Huge gym and very clean and latest equipments plus the trainers are very helpful. Can spend the whole day here!

Joe bicanic is hands down one of the best trainers in Melbourne ! The guy really knows him stuff . I wouldn't recommend anyone else 👌🏽

I have always wanted to try this club out so when I saw they were running special classes to fundraise for bushfire relief I jumped at the opportunity to get in there. The spin class for the event was awesome! It was lead by two instructors who were engaging and motivating and their enthusiasm made me work hard, and I loved every sweaty minute of it! After the class I got talking to one of the staff members, Erin. She took the time to show me around the whole club. Not only is it one of the cleanest clubs I have ever stepped into, but their equipment and facilities are top notch. They even have proper Hot Yoga and Reformer Pilates studios.

A girlfriend and I have been doing our own "spin class try out" across Melbourne and came across an AUS Bushfire fundraising class at South Pacific gym in Mentone. I've got to say, I was extremely impressed! The instructors were helpful and motivating and pushed us to our limits! To top it off, the class was greeted by Club Manager, Erin, who personally helped everyone set up their bikes! And check in periodically throughout the session, offering motivating cheers! All in all, a fantastic "above and beyond" experience! I'll definitely be back to try out the Zumba class! 😁

Great gym. I really enjoy Susan's spin sessions on Tuesday and Sunday morning. True fitness guru, energetic, motivation and inspirational. She is the best spin instructor I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I feel I push harder, for longer during the session and end up leaving with a smile and the fittest ive ever been. Thank you south Pacific and Susan!

Made a passing comment to the floor staff that we needed more plates for the rack, one week later brand new plates where on the floor!!! Good to know the staff take us seriously and listen.

Love Hot Yoga with Marie, she is the best of the best. Would love to see even more Hot Yoga classes with Marie on the timetable! My parents really enjoy Pilates with Nerida. Great 24 hour gym.

I really enjoy the early morning reformer sessions run by Nariman. She provides a great mix of instruction and pushing us to improve with good humour. She also never lets us forget the Pilates basics which we continue to build on.

I absolutely love...love...love my reformer pilate classes with Nariman. She is professional, committed and passionate about pilates. Her classes are never the same so the variation makes it interesting and challenging. Dear South Pacific Manager --> we need more classes from Nariman in the morning time slots ...pretty please!!

Loving group fitness in South Pacific! Marie's hot yoga on Sunday afternoon 🙏 Nerima's Pilates sessions are always fantastic. Loving boxing with Ryan on Friday, always a fun session. Dan's boot camp always trying new things and includes some stretching time. Thanks, you're all keeping this old body moving!

Im really enjoying this gym! I have been a member of many gyms and this one totally tops the lot. Great classes, great equipment and a really nice clean and positive atmosphere to train in. I especially love the classes. The timetable is comprehensive and the yoga and pilates classes are of great quality, including reformer pilates, and all types of yoga in a separate, and lovely yoga studio. Marie is a fantastic class instructor, and I have followed her from pump to yoga and I always enjoy her classes and feel at home with her! There are also some fantastic reformer pilates instructors, Narima and Jen are brilliant. I just wish I could spend more time at the gym in general!
