Matt is an accredited exercise scientist and strength and conditioning coach and he absolutely adores working in the health and fitness industry. He is passionate about using his knowledge to encourage clients to achieve their goals through tailored programming for each individual. He a keen footballer, cricketer and golfer and enjoys strength programming for different sports.

Matt also has a strong interest in rehabilitation and is starting his Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He is an enthusiastic trainer who believes that with his applied knowledge he can assist his clients in meeting their goals.
