Born in Colombia and raised in Brazil, Daniel is also a professional dancer and choreographer, dance fitness instructor, martial arts teacher (Capoeira, Muay Thai and BJJ) and the owner and creator of BaiLa Fitness.

Daniel doesn’t believe in diets, especially extreme diets. His ‘BaiLaFit Nutrition Plan,’ provided to all his clients, details how to eat well – for life.

Residing from Melbourne, Dylan is thrilled to be a part of the Personal Training team here at South Pacific.

Dylan’s unique approach to fitness incorporates the use of the body and mind, with a firm understanding of the subconscious mind. Coming from a background in the performing arts, Dylan has trained and worked as a dancer and musical theatre performer around Australia and internationally.

Since hanging up the dancing shoes, Dylan has studied with the Australian College of Sport and Fitness, completing his Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Union, Ubud, and most recently hyp and strategic psychotherapy with the Institute of Applied Psychology.
