    Our Group Exercise Program at our Chadstone Club offers huge variety with over 90 classes a week. Classes include Yoga, Cycle/RPM , Virtual Cycling (24/7), Reformer/Mat Pilates, Boxing, High Intensity & Circuit Training in a Performance Zone Area & all your favourite Les Mills Classes.
