        BURN 88 (Altitude Training)

        South Pacific’s HIIT program BURN, provides a fully diverse range of structured, functional, instructor driven classes to challenge the enthusiastic beginner to professional athlete. Be immersed by state-of-the-art equipment, providing you the ability to achieve new heights and goals with your training. *Available at selected clubs.

        BODYPUMP®

        BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories.

        REFORMER PILATES

        In this 45 or 60 minute class you will learn the fundamental exercises and the principles of the Pilates method. The exercises will be broken down as they are taught; ensuring you learn proper technique and the slightly smooth pace will give you confidence to execute the movements safely. This type of class is suitable for people new to Pilates and also to those with experience but are looking to brush up on their technique.

        SPIN

        An outdoor spin simulation brought indoors away from the elements. A challenging motivating class that allows you to be in control of your workout. Suitable for all levels.

        YOGA VINYASA

        Pump class instructor, Marissa is the best! She is an incredible instructor! Her routines are always filled with energy, fun, and great music! She always takes time to explain all of the exercises thoroughly and she always has time for you after the class. I went to her with a injury query after a pump class and she spent so much time with me explaining why I was feeling pain and how to do prevent it, and what stretches to do!
