As an EP, Lucas has worked with young and old individuals with a variety of conditions including cancer, musculoskeletal injuries, cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological/neuromuscular diseases (eg.             Yasmin Pringle

            Yasmin is a relatable, authentic, well established and knowledgeable personal trainer of 6+ years. She is very big on building real, long term relationships with clients of all ages, whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time or an elite athlete.

            Growing up Yasmin was an elite gymnast, state volleyball player and she also dabbled in football, so it made sense to develop herself within the fitness industry. Being an athlete she suffered from regular injuries, so this is where her passion for fitness industry begun. She wanted to help others with their injuries, rehabilitation and neuromuscular training for pain management.

            Her focus as a personal trainer is to better her clients mental health, improve their body image relationships, empower people to change their focus from looking a certain way to getting stronger and helping people feel good about themselves.
