Dealing with those scary spring discoveries

Where did all this soft stuff around my belly come from? What are these lumps on my hips and thighs? When did my arms become so soft and flabby? These scary “spring” discoveries are sending thousands of us into a panic, then into the gym or onto a diet, or out of the way of a full length mirror!
During Winter it’s so easy to hide under layers of clothing, and to find comfort and warmth in hot chips and hot chocolate. Then comes the first warm spring day, when the coat comes off and well, same as last year… ”Not happy Jan!”
Well the time has come to do something about it. First thing to do is write down some goals (remember Spring Carnival is only 5 weeks away). Then book a session with one of our personal trainers. They will help design a program for you that gets results. The sessions will be more intense, there may be tears (only joking), but your South Pacific Personal Trainer will push and get you on the right track.
Hell, you may even have a little fun!
